Rob Leslie
Senior Director of Strategy & Operations
Rob’s career spans four companies where he has been focused on mergers and acquisitions. Rob started his career in private equity working on middle market deals of up to $100M in revenue where he was focused on deal modeling and transaction details. Rob later joined a Fortune 500 company where he was responsible for deploying over $1B in deal transactions focused on growth. Rob also worked on integration strategies for the acquired entities. Most recently Rob worked with a middle-market private equity company where he served in senior leadership roles with acquired companies where the focus was operational improvement and the achievement of deal synergies.
Rob earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia.
Brock spent the last fifteen years of his career working for a leading national mechanical contractor. During his tenure with the company, he managed over 2,100 HVAC projects overseeing an average of 150 projects annually across all 50 states. He served as the primary point of contact for several fortune 100 retailers working on a diverse set of projects including replacing RTUs, AHUs, water & air-source heat pumps, and EMS integrations.
Brock also holds mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trade licenses across many US States.
Brock earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University.
Trent has a diverse career starting as a mechanical design engineer specializing in HVAC design, working for Trane as an Energy Engineer, and then working for Target & Walgreens managing their HVAC replacement programs.
Trent has performed over 3,700 HVAC and RTU replacements and 600 EMS upgrades in his career ranging from 3 to 75 tons per unit across packaged equipment, split systems, VRF, air-handlers, and chilled water systems.
Trent earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota.
Sonya began her career in finance working in audit & tax. After discovering she enjoyed working with entrepreneurial inspired firms, she left public accounting to pursue a career in corporate accounting with high growth middle market companies holding roles as CFO Consultant, VP of Finance, & Corporate Controller.
Most recently, Sonya has been a Senior Consultant on M&A Integrations and Finance Transformation initiatives working with highly acquisitive firms.
Sonya holds a BBA in Accounting & an MBA from Kennesaw State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Michael Fox, PE
Director of Engineering
Michael has a diverse career of professional engineering. He started as a consulting engineer working on both US and International mechanical designs for companies like Google, KPMG, and Presence Health. Overtime Michael discovered his love for planning and scaling large HVAC and Refrigeration projects for retailers and supermarkets. Micheal transitioned to the customer side of the industry when he went to work for Walgreens. At Walgreens he was responsible for HVAC and refrigeration design / replacement programs impacting up to 1,200 locations annually.
Michael earned a BBA in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds PE licenses across the US.
Jonathan is a serial entrepreneur. He is a recipient of the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award and as a high school student was awarded Youth Entrepreneur of the Year for Georgia High School Students. He has been a founder or co-founder of four companies with combined revenues over $1B and exits of over $600M. Jonathan has held roles in sales, accounting, construction, manufacturing and senior leadership during his career completing over 6,000 electrical generation or control projects for supermarkets, retailers, industrial, governmental, and healthcare institutions.
Jonathan holds unlimited electrical licenses in many states and has extensive electric power systems experience.
Jonathan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University with a BBA in Accounting and later earned a MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
